Rates

• All rates are net and do not include VAT.
• Please note that the hotel does not offer triple rooms.
   

CHILDREN’S POLICY

• Children under 12 years of age stay free when sharing a bed with their parents (maximum of one child per room).
• Guests aged 12 and older are considered adults.
   

VAT EXEMPTION FOR FOREIGN TRAVELERS

Foreign guests who are not residents of Chile may qualify for VAT exemption if they meet the following requirements:

• Payment must be made in perfect-condition U.S. dollars (cash) or by international credit card. Be aware that international debit cards are processed in Chilean pesos and therefore require VAT to be added.
• Passport and tourist card must be presented at check-in.
   

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM
• Check-out: Until 12:00 PM
• For early check-in or late check-out requests, please contact our reservations team or your sales executive to receive a quote and confirm availability.
   

CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, AND NO-SHOWS

• Individual reservations may be changed or canceled free of charge until 3:00 PM the day before arrival, except for non-refundable rates.
• All change or cancellation requests must be sent via email to our reservations team.
• If a cancellation, modification, or no-show occurs after the deadline, a fee equal to one night’s stay plus applicable taxes will be charged.
   

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• A personal credit card is required at check-in as a guarantee for any incidental charges. The amount held will be released at check-out, provided no outstanding charges remain.
• Invoices issued in Chilean pesos will be based on the hotel’s exchange rate at the time of booking, as stated in the reservation confirmation.
